Update on The Lymphoma Association Auction 2008 |

An auction was held on Meinir Ann's show from the 26th of February until the 3rd of March 2008 to raise money for the Lymphoma Association. One item was auctioned live on her show every day. Below is a list of the items that were auctioned and the amount of money we raised for them: Love Spoon and a couplet written especially for Radio Ceredigion's auction by Mererid Hopwood in a presentation box - £40 Comissioned Poem by Tudur Dylan Jones - £60 Dafydd Iwan's Silver Disc - £200 A print of Soar y Mynydd by Diane Mathias of Henllan - £100 "Pobol y Cwm" posters signed by the cast - £50 The total amount raised for the Lymphoma Association was £450. Thank you to everyone who took part in the auction.

An auction was held on Meinir Ann's show from the 4th - 8th of December 2006 to raise money for the Lymphoma Association. One item was auctioned live on her show every day. Below is a list of the items that were auctioned and the amount of money we raised for them:
A signed CD by Dafydd Iwan - £30
A portrait by local artist Meirion Jones - £210
One of Dic Jones' pipes - £10
A signed poster of Bryn Terfel - £25
A portrait by local artist Aneurin Jones - £500
The total amount raised for the Lymphoma Association was £775.
